SHIPPING

We ship from Monday – Thursday (excluding holidays)

Orders will be shipped in 2-3 Business days.

The estimated delivery date is when your order should arrive. Generally, the estimated delivery date is based on a combination of the processing time for the items you ordered (how long it takes to prepare them for shipment), and the transit time (how long the package is typically in transit with the shipping carrier).

Processing time + Carrier transit time = Estimated Delivery Date

RETURN & REFUND

Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

Damaged or defective products may be considered for return to Leigh Sea Gardens after contacting us at lseagardensorders@yahoo.com Contact must be made within 10 days of the purchase date. Please submit photo images of the damaged or defective product as this will help to speed up the resolution.

Ocean salt, ocean smell and ocean taste does not make it defective.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Leigh Sea Gardens is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick-up at the holding facility.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it is shipped from our facility, if it has not been packed or staged for shipping.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us. Leigh Sea Gardens will never share or sell your personal information.
